When you subscribe or contact us we collect your name, email address, company, and billing information. Payment details are processed and stored by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers. Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
To deliver reports you subscribed to, process billing, respond to support requests, and send service-related emails. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
Our product contains information about businesses (venue names, business addresses, license types and dates) sourced from public government records. It is business information from public sources, not consumer personal data.
Account information is retained while your subscription is active and for tax/accounting purposes afterward. Email [email protected] to request deletion of your account data.
We use Stripe (payments), GitHub Pages (website hosting), and our email provider to operate the Service. Each processes only the data needed for its function.
