OpeningWire provides subscription-based business intelligence reports derived from public government records, including alcoholic beverage license applications and business filings ("the Service"). Reports are delivered digitally, typically weekly, by email and/or downloadable files.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor (Stripe). You may cancel at any time through the self-serve customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Our data is aggregated from public records maintained by government agencies. While we work to keep reports accurate, timely, and well-classified, public records may contain errors, delays, or omissions outside our control. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee any business outcome from use of the data.
Your subscription licenses your business to use delivered reports internally, including for sales and marketing outreach conducted in compliance with applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and state equivalents). You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the reports or systematically share them outside your organization.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the data — including any outreach to businesses listed in reports — complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpeningWire's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
